CleverSoft is a leading provider of software solutions for financial institutions. Founded in 2003, CleverSoft is a software and consulting company based in Munich with a branch office in Mumbai, primarily engaged in analysis and optimization of business processes through industry-specific solutions.

With our products and solutions we help financial service providers with the proper management and validity of commission payments, as well as with cutting costs by the automated production of factsheets and marketing materials.

Similarly, publishers can automate the entire seminar management and Pre-Press Sector, using the products FSV™ and Publixit™.

Our History

Due to the great demand from our customers, who share our belief that a lot of expenditures can be cut with a well-structured analysis of the economical needs and a well-directed image of the company processes in a software for business purposes, in 1999 the original company Clever Software Solutions emerged from a young think-tank. From it, in 2003, CleverSoft GmbH was created. Our key to success were - and still are - our interdisciplinary teams of economists and engineers and their analytical working style in accordance with our implemented procedures and our work breakdown structure Quattro.

Clever Holding Group

Since 2007, CleverSoft GmbH is integrated in the international group Clever Holding GmbH and thus may rely on greater financial independence and a broader network of partners as far away as China and India.
