FactsheetLIVE™ technology allows you to fully automate your daily factsheets upload on your personalized website or to send them via email. Of course, we provide compliance of the factsheets with the MiFID requirements. Inclusion of the performance charts on the website is possible.

Design

When designing factsheets, we focus primarily on the wishes of the customer. They range from classic simple factsheets to "designer pieces". The layout can be adapted to the CI or set to depict the focus of the fund. Our graphic designers work together with our customers or respective agency, to create an individual factsheet template. For short-term actions, we can offer an extensive catalog of standard templates.
Apart from the entire master data, the mandatory price chart (preferably stored with the picture) and the Top-Holdings, we bring a variety of reports and key figures, presented graphically on paper:

Personalization

Personalization means that your distribution partners, such as platforms, IFAs or even customers themselves, have the opportunity to access a password protected area on your website, where after having collected personal data, a daily updated factsheet is generated, with predefined range and styling. For example this data could be:

• Name
• Company
• Photo and company logo
• Telephone, Fax, Email, Website
• Personal comment

Website Integration

Design and content are a very good idea, but are of little use if the investor does not know about them. The daily posting of the newly generated data sheets on your website automatically takes place overnight. Charts and key figures can also be directly integrated on your website. SOAP interface provides an trouble-free communication with all content management systems.

An automatic dispatch of factsheets (e.g. per email) at certain intervals (FactsheetsPUSH) to prospective customers and investors can be scheduled. Subscription fields can be integrated on your website ("Subscribe newsletter") to perfect automation.

Interactive Website Charts

Among the specialities of FactsheetsLIVE™ is the automatic update of charts with integrated benchmarks, whose representation period can be altered (for example 3 months, 1 year, 3 years etc.). Like the contents of factsheets, these charts are updated daily!
