ProviAM™ - Investment Fund Management

ProviAM™ is a software that computes any type of commissions, such as overwrite, super or mediation commissions. To get the exact commissions, the system is is using a cross reference check to find out if the holdings of your partner match the holdings that are being held in their settlement account (e.g. Clearstream or Euroclear). ProviAM™ includes interfaces to the respective accounting and CRM system.

Billings

ProviAM™ allows easy billing of follow-up sales commissions with different commission types (overwrite, super or mediation) for diverse investment instruments, such as open and closed-end funds, certificates, saving plans, life insurance and asset portfolios. Also, the fees of investment advisors and submanagers are easy to compute.

Control of Resources

All inventory reports of distribution partners are validated by algorithms from the central data storage points of Clearstream and Euroclear.

Accounting: Monthly Accrual

The accounting interface provides a prognosis of the expected commission payments as well as incoming fees for the monthly P&L statements.

Marketing Materials - Factsheets

ProviAM™ is perfectly integrated with CleverSoft's FacthseetsLIVE™ in order to automatically create factsheets and performance overviews. The corresponding figures are calculated using Feri Trust formulas.

Website Integration

A SOAP interface ensures easy integration into any website and content management systems.

Reporting

Reports such as profit margin calculations, partners' portfolio changes, free stock, average commission or net volume changes can of course be exported as PDF or Excel files and be automatically distributed via e-mail.
