CleverSoft Product Introduction
A tested, standardized and transparent project organization is a guarantee for success. For this reason, we use our well-established analytical and integration procedures for the implementation of our products and solutions.
We have been continuously optimizing these procedures, based on successfully conducted diversification initiatives and on the international standard for project implementation. Thus, through a standardized approach to all required dimensions, such as processes, organization, systems, consistent with the human factor, we guarantee high quality standard.
The process model of CleverSoft defines the contents, procedures and results, which are necessary for the standardized and professional implementation of the individual sub-phases of your project (see chart).

In order to insure the diversification as an integral process, we divide it into 7 sub initiaves. As a part of the project management guidelines, the following steps are systematically executed:
- Setup
- Analysis
- Concept
- Design
- Implementation
- Rollout
- Optimization
To get a first impression of that approach and the possible outcomes of the individual sub-phases, below we describe the main content of the different partial phases.
1. Setup
The setup describes all the activities and the time sequence of the initiative. This is the phase, where the detailed program / project planning, the composition of the teams, the definition of workshop and meeting dates and the final vote on the approach and the project objectives takes place.
2. Analysis
The analysis is the most significant part of all phases, since this is when all relevant dimensions, such as processes, organization and systems in detail are assessed. The obtained results are consolidated and evaluated, thus estimaing the current situation of your business organization. The analysis provides the necessary basis for all the other sub-phases.
3. Concept
In this stage all the results from the analysis phase are consolidated, once again coordinated with the project management and then presented in the appropriate form.
4. Design
The design part includes customization and integration of all functions, based on the defined processes and requirements; the creation of interfaces and data acquisition for the piloting phase; planning and implementation; development of test environment and training for the pilot users; correction and stabilization of the final product. The objective of this phase is a functioning software system, reviewed and tested by the pilot users, and accepted by the program / project management.
5. Implementation
This phase includes both the supplementary definition of all interfaces and the final migration of data from different databases, as well as the implementation of end user training with the preparation of training materials based on the defined processes. The conclusion of this part of stage is a prerequisite for the rollout of the solution in the entire organization, both nationally and internationally.
6. Rollout
The rollout includes the distribution of the product in other business units or in regional and international sections of your company. It will coordinate and if necessary, optimize the recruitment of roll-out teams.
Additionally, permission structure for users and departments is adopted and integrated. Next the trainings for the end-users are executed.
This phase ends with the final approval of the built solution by all departments participating in the rollout.
