Florian Clever is the Founder and CEO of cleversoft, a leading provider of cloud-based RegTech and WealthTech solutions for the financial services industry.

In 1999, Florian founded Clever Software Solutions, which later evolved into the international cleversoft group. Under his leadership, the company has grown to over 320 employees and expanded its footprint across multiple markets.

As the driving force behind the group’s strategy and M&A activities, Florian has led a series of successful acquisitions, positioning the company as a leading provider for investment marketing, compliance reporting, financial crime prevention & more.

With more than 30 years of experience in developing regulatory software and two decades in the financial services industry, Florian’s passion is clear: to create innovative technology that empowers financial institutions to meet constantly evolving regulatory demands efficiently and digitally.

Florian holds a degree in business administration and electrical engineering from TU Munich, Germany. 

Sascha Wellershoff brings over 30 years of expertise in corporate finance, M&A, compliance, and investor relations to the cleversoft board. He has held senior leadership roles across the financial services and software sectors, with a proven track record in streamlining financial processes and executing successful growth strategies. Based in Munich, Sascha now leads cleversoft’s finance division, fostering digital transformation and operational excellence to support the group’s continued expansion.

René Blaschke is Managing Director and co-founder, alongside Florian Clever, of cleversoft. During his studies, René founded a financial advisory firm for high-net-worth individuals. He was subsequently instrumental in building a closed-end fund (CEF) issuing house for a medium-sized financial services group. In 2011, he founded cleversoft CRM Services. Within the cleversoft group, he is responsible for the financial crime prevention division of the group, which has been in existence since 2011, from product development to marketing, sales, consulting and support.

René brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and over 10 years in the development of regulatory software solutions.

As Managing Director of cleversoft’s supervisory reporting division, Erwin van Dixhoorn leads our supervisory reporting business unit. He keeps a close tab on the needs in the market and available technology. Erwin started working with SecondFloor in the early days of the company and has built great knowledge of the organization, applications and IT. In Mid 2019, SecondFloor was acquired by the cleversoft group.

Dominik del Bondio began his career at Rohde und Schwarz, before founding Bitextender GmbH . Through his work for leading German technology platforms mymuesli, Sevenload and global player WWE , he has become a well known expert for high-performance state of the art architectures for web services. Dominik is jointly responsible for developing various Open Source projects, including Agavi. As cleversoft’s CTO, he is responsible for all of the group’s technical developments.

Ivan Stefanov is the Managing Director of our branch cleversoft Bulgaria EOOD, which he co-founded in December 2013. The native Bulgarian previously spent five years as a software engineer and a team lead at cleversoft GmbH in Munich. Since 2019 he has been leading the cleversoft group-spanning Program Management team. Ivan studied at Jacobs University in Bremen and holds a Master of Science degree from TU Munich.

Christian Grohs is Managing Director of cleversoft’s Digital Advisory & Compliance division. He has been building software for the financial industry since the late 1990s. The advisory and portfolio management platform he created over that period is now one of the market standards for banks and insurers in Austria, and it forms the core of the group’s digital advisory offering. He continues to lead that business within cleversoft. His remit runs from product and development through to sales and delivery, covering advisory processes, portfolio management, regulatory documentation, and fund reporting.

Christian pairs a technical command of advisory software with a close understanding of how banks and insurance companies make decisions. Both shape his work on the group’s growth in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and CEE.

Ahmet Vefik Dinçer brings over 20 years of expertise in global payment systems, financial messaging, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) technologies. Since 2003, he has developed and implemented financial compliance solutions, collaborating with SWIFT and Microsoft in technical and leadership roles across the EMEA region.

He holds an MBA from Galatasaray University and serves as CEO and Partner at Fineksus, overseeing product strategy and operations. He specializes in delivering practical, reliable financial technology solutions that help institutions meet regulatory requirements and manage risk effectively.
