Founded in 2004 the cleversoft group is a leading cloud based RegTech provider for financial services. The company is headquartered in Munich with offices in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, The Hague, Luxembourg, and Sofia. We optimize and automate business processes for regulatory documents, ensure AML & KYC compliance as well as efficient supervisory reporting of 1 000+ clients around the globe, including banks, insurance companies, custodians / investment management companies and asset managers. Through the partnership with Private Equity Investors, cleversoft group further accelerates its growth through acquisitions of SecondFloor, BusinessForensics, and CDDS in 2019, 2020, and 2021 respectively.

То strengthen our Bulgarian team, we are looking for a Junior Java Engineer for our software engineering team in our offices in Sofia (Bulgaria).

You should have the following qualifications:

Java programming language experience in a professional environment, or alternative programming experience.
Knowledge in object oriented principles, design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
SQL/Database knowledge
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Passion for learning new technologies and delivering high quality software that meets the business requirements.
Fluent written and spoken English is a must, German knowledge is a plus.

As a Junior Java Engineer you will:

Be directly part of cleversoft’s high-performing, international Java Engineering team as a full-time member.
Build new features and enhancements on Java based solutions and contribute to cleversoft’s state of the art standardized cloud software.
Play an active role in shaping the cleversoft software suite.
Take the initiative to improve existing processes and solutions

You will work with an international team of experts on multiple client solutions and an expanding portfolio of standard software solutions.
