  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Software Tester, Certified Quality Analyst) are advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language and SQL databases.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills, such as test management and test automation
  • Ability to adapt and contribute effectively to service and development teams.
  • Knowledge of IT terminology, concepts, and technologies, including software development, networking, and cloud computing.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous integration practices and the ability to work independently
  • and meet deadlines in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and strong research skills to gather information from subject matter experts and other resources.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with service & developers as well as other team members.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) for organizing and publishing documentation.

As a Junior QA Engineer you will:

  • Collaborate with Software, Service and QA teams to gather information and understand what needs to be tested and develop comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Create, maintain and execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality.
  • Identify and report defects and ensure adherence to requirements and our policies.
  • Conduct acceptance and regression testing.
  • Investigate and track client-reported issues.
  • Document defects accurately in issue tracking systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and review high-level business requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on testing goals and priorities.
  • Contribute to sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on how to effectively create and execute tests.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT and Quality assurance.

You will work with an international team of experts on multiple client solutions and an expanding portfolio of standard software solutions.
