We optimize and automate business processes for regulatory documents, ensure AML & KYC compliance as well as efficient supervisory reporting of 1 000+ clients around the globe, including banks, insurance companies, custodians / investment management companies and asset managers. Through the partnership with Private Equity Investors, cleversoft group further accelerates its growth through acquisitions of SecondFloor, BusinessForensics, and CDDS in 2019, 2020, and 2021 respectively.

  • Experience in a similar position and /or in administrative skills; 
  • Excellent organization and time management; 
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian. Other languages will be considered beneficial; 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); 
  • Excellent communicational skills; 
  • Attention to detail; 
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team; 
  • Pro-active approach to daily office maintenance. 
  • Proactively assess and optimize the office layout to accommodate the evolving needs of a growing team, ensuring a productive and inspiring workspace for all; 
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;  
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve most beneficial conditions; 
  • Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information; 
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.); 
  • Monitor and control quality of service by suppliers, for example cleaning service, deliveries, etc.; 
  • Contact and communicate with the building management, e.g. in case of facility issues; 
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements as well as other appointments for employees of cleversoft group;  
  • Work closely with the HR Manager on various projects and initiatives that build employee engagement; 
  • Take care of daily office maintenance tasks like operating the dish washer, watering the office plants, etc.; 
  • Occupy the reception desk during normal business hours, meet & greet visitors; 
  • Assist the Managing Director with other tasks as needed.
