We optimize and automate business processes for regulatory documents, ensure AML & KYC compliance as well as efficient supervisory reporting of 1 000+ clients around the globe, including banks, insurance companies, custodians / investment management companies and asset managers. Through the partnership with Private Equity Investors, cleversoft group further accelerates its growth through acquisitions of SecondFloor, BusinessForensics, and CDDS in 2019, 2020, and 2021 respectively.

  • BSc in the field of IT, Business Administration, Economics/ Law or similar;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite and other Microsoft applications (e.g. Dynamics or PowerPlatform);
  • Very good customer service support skills;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team and under tight deadline;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Considered as an advantage:

  • Experience with provisioning devices using Endpoint Manager or similar;
  • Experience with (Azure) Active Directory;
  • Knowledge with Windows Server 2016 and later;
  • Experience with Atlassian products (Cloud or Datacenter);
  • Experience with projects related to M&A;
  • German, Dutch or French;
  • IT related certifications.
  • Provide assistance & support to company employees by identifying, analyzing, and solving both software and hardware problems both on-site and remotely;
  • Administer the IT environment (e.g. software installation, inventory management);
  • Assist with the provisioning and maintaining of cloud systems (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Google Cloud);
  • Cooperate with other IT team members in the cleversoft group;
  • Observe and enforce group IT guidelines and IT standard operating procedures;
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of the IT processes;
  • Keeping internal documentation up to date.
