Information on preventive measures to protect against the possible negative effects of the corona epidemic
Due to the current developments and the rapid spread of the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), cleversoft has set up a crisis management team (CMT) in accordance with the Business Continuity Management (BCM) which is in daily exchange and decides on measures to ensure the day-to-day business of the cleversoft group.
Our greatest concern is that all of our employees, customers and business partners are healthy and safe and that business operations with all of the services we provide continue uninterrupted. We basically follow the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute and the World Health Organization.
Business Continuity Management
Due to our established BCM, working from home or at other locations is possible and planned for each of our employees in emergencies. The annual emergency tests have prepared us well for an exceptional situation like this. The provision of our customer services runs in certified data centers, which we can access at any time regardless of our office location.
Employee health and home office
In early February, our offices were equipped with additional hygienic agents such as disinfectants, latex gloves and paper towels. The employees were informed about general hygiene and behavioral rules. In addition, extended home office guidelines have been in force since the beginning of March and it is strongly recommended that all employees work from home.

We can still be reached for our customers via the Jira ticket portal, by email, video conferences and by telephone using the mobile phone numbers. We ask for your understanding that no appointments can currently be made on site and instead recommend holding meetings via video conferencing. We would be happy to advise you on this and coordinate with you about possible conference systems.

We monitor the location and spread of Covid-19 very closely and as soon as concerns or problems arise, we will communicate them in accordance with our BCM.
