  • Experience with at least some of the following languages and technologies:
    • Java (any framework),
    • PHP (Symfony or similar),
    • JavaScript (jQuery),
    • XML,
    • JSON,
    • SQL (any flavor);
  • Completed training/experience in the field or alternatively university degree with a relevant focus;
  • Capability of handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Very good spoken and written English;
  • Experience in the financial or insurance industry is an advantage.

As support engineer you will:

  • Assist cleversoft colleagues with improvements, problems, and questions related to our portfolio of web-based products.
  • Actively use our products to configure them to fit specific customer or process needs.
  • Investigate the underlying reasons for a specific problem across multiple products.
  • Actively participate in product improvement by building a bridge between user, product, and tech, whilst having the big picture of the company’s strategy in mind.
