You should have the following qualifications:
- A degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a comparable field of study
- At least 3 years of professional experience in agencies and/or B2B-oriented industrial companies in a similar function
- Best knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Time management and organization skills, in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
- Team spirit, independent working style and hands-on mentality
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Preferable (but not mandatory) would be also:
- German, French or Dutch language skills are a plus
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of web content management systems and marketing automation tools
Your responsibilities:
- Manage campaigns across all channels (SEA, SEO, paid social media, newsletter, and webinars) with the aim of lead acquisition for our B2B business
- Performing relevant keyword research, market research, competitive analysis as part of our SEO strategy in coordination with Sales and Product Management
- Continuous optimization of content and maintaining website through WordPress
- Leading marketing automation processes including the interface to our webinar tool
- Ongoing campaign optimization as well as success control and documentation of relevant KPIs
