You should have the following qualifications:
- With minimum 5 years of relevant experience, you would be required to bring (deep) understanding of how to build distributed systems and microservices in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Previous experience working as Presales engineer and/or Service Consutant and/or Product Manager
- Distinct customer orientation with a high understanding of quality and delivery obligations: "You know how web coding works, even if you don’t have to code yourself"
- Ability to handle complex situations, manage small projects as well as conflicts and communicate it in a comprehensible manner.
- Any experience with cloud services are considered a very welcome plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment where hard work and fun are the key ingredients.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
Preferable (but not mandatory) would be also:
- Knowledge in the regulatory segment (MiFID, PRIIP, or also ESG and sustainability) or the compliance environment is advantageous
Your responsibilities:
- You are the interface between our clients and the engineering department + DevOps
- Creation and maintenance of service documentation, customer reporting as well as the support of sales colleagues are part of your daily tasks.
- Provide technical and functional expertise of our Service to our future customers.
- Advise and propose the best workflow, integration for the prospects’ business and needs, Analyze, follow and document the customer’s implementation
- Be reactive and efficient on customer requests
- Be responsible for the client’s clean implementation when the prospect goes live
- Ensure contractual deliverables are provided and performance SLA’s are achieved
- Identify and manage all dependencies, risks and issues + ensure smooth and cordial relationship with the client
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and manage key stakeholder relationships with transparence and integrity
