It’s been more than a year since we changed the primary vendor for fund data and fund documents. EDISOFT and cleversoft began working together 1st July 2020, and we would like to share a few insights into our partnership, along with some positive experiences from our customers.

During implementation, we faced common challenges: processes needed to be changed, imports required adjustments, and the different teams needed to get to know one another. Throughout regular calls, questions were clarified, and information was exchanged.  From there, we quickly began to see significant positive developments.

In retrospect, we advanced leaps and bounds in terms of provisioning the critical features necessary to adopt a multi-vendor approach for our FactsheetsLIVE™ service.

Since July 2020, the focus universe has increased by 50%, and we’ve reduced the number of data support tickets by 40% in that same period. An important factor, contributing to the decrease in tickets, was EDISOFT’s ability to directly connect more and more KVGs and further automate the import logic.  

Additionally, EDISOFT strengthened its team with Tobias Hauck, Head of Data Management & Analysis, and provided our team with a dedicated contact person for data topics.  Mr. Hauck explains: "As one of our key customers, cleversoft is very experienced, and also, a demanding partner for fund data requirements and quality. With the detailed feedback and error analyses from the Customer Success Team, around Ms Truong, we have the opportunity to improve further every day and to raise the quality of our data to the highest market standards."  

In the meantime, data and documents for over 90 asset managers are delivered to cleversoft, while the technical interfaces and imports of data are steadily growing at EDISOFT.
