The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is a new EU law that requires larger companies to report regularly on the environmental and social impacts of their activities.
Larger companies within the meaning of the Directive are all companies that meet 2 of the following 3 criteria:
The individual provisions of the CSRD are scheduled to come into force gradually between 2024 and 2028.
The CSRD will be implemented through the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). As soon as these are published, we will make the reporting tools available as part of our CSRD service.
